More room for everyday life

Houses with private gardens and garages in the Corbeanca–Balotești area: a community by the lake, with a pool, two padel courts and shared spaces, for families who want more space and a simpler routine.

Houses with gardens, designed together

More than 90 houses with private gardens and garages in the Corbeanca area, beside the lake, with direct links to northern Bucharest. Phase 1: six two-storey houses. The houses are designed for family life, with nature close at hand. The aim is lasting comfort rather than first impressions.

  • Every house has its own garden, not just shared green space.

  • Solar panels and the technical systems built into each house help keep energy use in check.

  • Phased development follows one masterplan, from the first houses through to the later phases.

Each house is laid out over two floors, with living downstairs and sleeping upstairs. You come in through the hall, with the garage, storage and plant room off to one side, and the ground floor opens up ahead of you: a generous living area with a separate kitchen beside it, and a terrace across the garden end. The bedrooms are upstairs, away from the comings and goings, with a dressing room and a balcony on the first floor.

The working parts of the house, the garage, storage, plant room, bathrooms and walk-in wardrobe, sit where they are useful and out of the way, so the living spaces stay clear. And the house keeps drawing you outside: from the ground-floor terrace off the living room to the balcony off the bedroom, the garden is part of the day from first thing in the morning to the last hour of the evening.

Plans are indicative and may change with the phase of the project and the options available.

Community and facilities
Green landscape and the lake nearby

By the lake, with the city close

The location balances peace at home with easy access to northern Bucharest.

Schools, services and the roads north — the DN1, the airport, Băneasa, Pipera — all fit easily into the day. The area has less of the city’s bustle, without cutting you off.

Routes and places

One project, one masterplan

The houses and the spaces between them are planned together, phase by phase. Construction is under way, and details will follow as the project progresses.

Developer

The developer has delivered more than 500 homes in Bucharest, from boutique apartment buildings to larger developments. YOLA LAC is planned with the same care and the same approach.
