One controlled entrance, and internal routes laid out so the development stays orderly and easy to move around.

Houses and shared spaces
The houses and the spaces between them
The shared spaces, the routes through the site and the way it will be used day to day were all planned together, from the outset.
Concept and layout
The development was designed as a single scheme: houses, gardens, paths and shared spaces that connect naturally.
It is being built in phases, but the access, the rules for shared spaces and the way the houses sit together were settled before the first one was built, so it feels like one development from the first residents onwards.

How the community is organised
The masterplan shows how the development works: access, internal routes, green areas and shared spaces. Each house and its garden are covered separately on the Houses page.
Highlights
Built to work over time
The masterplan is measured by how the community works over the years, not just on day one.
Planted areas complement the houses’ own gardens.
Phase 1 and the phases that follow are laid out on the same principles.
The areas for sport, relaxation and getting together are placed where people will naturally use them, not set apart from the rest of the development.
Residents’ Club
Residents’ Club
The Residents’ Club extends home life beyond the front door: space to exercise, to relax and to spend time with neighbours. The pool, the padel courts and the lounge are shared by residents and their guests.

Three ways to use it
01
Pool and relaxation
The pool is planned as a place to relax on warm days, with outdoor seating and space for families, neighbours and guests to spend time together.
02
Padel and activity
The padel courts and outdoor routes make it easy to stay active without always having to leave the development.
03
Lounge and gatherings
The lounge is for a conversation, a get-together with neighbours or a coffee away from the house. Close to home, with a sense of privacy.
Lifestyle
A weekend at YOLA LAC
The start of the day
The morning starts at a gentler pace: coffee on the terrace, natural light and the quiet sound of birds.
Without much planning, the day can carry on outdoors: in the garden, on the lakeshore, through the shared green areas or towards the nearby woods.
The community pool
At midday, the community pool comes into its own: a place for warm days, where relaxing, talking to neighbours and playing with the children all happen without leaving home.
An active afternoon
In the afternoon there are the padel courts and the walking and running routes within the community, or the quieter option of the social area beside the pool.
Either way, neighbours have a natural reason to meet.
Sustainability
Sustainability and landscape
Sustainability is built into how the place is made and looked after: the planting, the way water is used, the comfort of the houses and green areas designed to last.
- 01
Energy independence
Photovoltaic panels and the houses’ technical systems make them largely self-sufficient in energy while keeping the homes comfortable and full of natural light.
- 02
Durable materials
Materials are chosen for durability, for how they age and for how they fit the development’s architecture.
- 03
Sustainable landscape
Responsible water use and efficient irrigation keep the green areas easy to look after in the long term.
- 04
Biodiversity
Planting chosen for the site gives the green areas shade and structure. The houses are low-rise, ground and first floor only, and sit lightly in the landscape.
YOLA LAC
Houses, gardens and shared spaces, in a development that works with nature
At YOLA LAC the houses, private gardens, shared spaces and access were planned together, so the development grows as one place rather than a row of houses.
