Prices may vary according to stage, availability and configuration, may be stated excluding VAT and may be subject to changes in tax treatment.

Final confirmation of the price, availability and characteristics of the building is made exclusively through the contractual documentation.

The legal relations between the parties are governed exclusively by the contracts concluded between them, including reservation agreements, preliminary sale agreements and sale and purchase agreements.

In the event of discrepancies between the information presented on the website and that in the contractual documentation, the contractual provisions prevail.

YOLA LAC Development takes care to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, but does not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

Users should not rely exclusively on the information presented on the website when making decisions.

Within the limits of the applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for:

• errors or omissions in the content
• differences between the illustrative materials and the final execution on site
