In September 2026, work on the first houses at the YOLA LAC residential development reached the first floor. The slab over the ground floor has been poured, and the masonry on the upper level is already well advanced. In parallel, on the site in the Corbeanca - Balotești area, the plots and the excavations for the foundations of the next six homes are being prepared.

July: the foundations of the first six houses
The July footage shows the excavations, the lines of the foundations and the reinforcement being installed. The concrete works outline the base of the buildings, and the aerial views show the footprint of the houses and how they sit on the land.
These are the first stages visible in the film, before the walls define the rooms and the openings of each home.
August: ground-floor masonry and pouring the slabs
Through August, work advances on the ground floor. The masonry marks out the interior spaces, and the openings for windows and doors make the layouts shown in the plans easier to follow.
The film captures the formwork, the reinforcement and the concrete being poured with the pump. Completing the slab over the ground floor marks the move to the next level of the houses.

September: work on the first floor
On 18 September, work had advanced above the ground floor, with much of the upper-level masonry already up. The volume of the two-storey houses is becoming clearer as a result.
This level holds the sleeping quarters of the homes, separate from the living spaces on the ground floor. The layouts follow the plans for each house type.
